And they go out and commit more crimes of the same nature they were in prison
for to begin with. Take the Megan Kanka case for example and there are more
cases all over the country of people released early and free to re-commit
crimes.

Absolutely not! If you have no fault, everyones insurance company pays their
own. If not no fault, contact the police department with the info of invalid
insurance and they will issue a fine. A report on the alcohol induced female
should also have been filed. What kind of cops do you have anyway? Morons?

Well locked or not but this area had an incident several years ago where the
nine year old child home from school for the day got the hidden key, unlocked
the gun cabinet, found the bullets and loaded the gun. Shot a neighbor child
in the back while she was on her snowmobile. You can lock em up and hide the
keys and hide the bullets but the temptation is going to be there for
children.

Think back to when you played cowboy or Rambo or soldier, wouldn't you have
preferred the real thing? Children just don't fully understand the dangers
until they get much older>

Boy! This has to be words of a kid! A woman does not get pregnant alone, as
a matter of fact, in case you haven't discovered this yet....it is the male
sperm that impregnates the woman! Better shape up or your in for lots of
problems!

I agree with you on putting her in the car in the exact same spot and just
before the car goes down show the videos of her children and give the Father
a few parting words of so long!

Regarding a non working wife.....I didn't go out and get a job because money
can never take the place of me being there.....irrelevant......
Twenty years ago my husband and I sat down and made a joint decision that I
would ALWAYS be there for the kids. No matter what, we would manage on his
paycheck, even if it meant he worked longer hours. I gave up a career and
have never regretted it. However if the marriage goes on the rocks, he isn't
necessarily screwed, the woman is because no matter what stage of the game
when it happens, guess who has to start at the bottom? Not him!

You black talon have a problem! When you give 110% and you still get shot
down, when you give your heart and soul and still get beaten, when you give
all you have to give plus more until there is nothing else to give-how the
hell can you call her a failure? No divorce is totally one sided but when
you have a .22 pointed at your head because your ex is drunk and wants to
play russian roulette, do you gamble the life of your children or yourself or
do you run? If a man chooses to drink and play gun games, he doesn't deserve

I know in New Jersey they now have Comfort Home Care Centers (where Baby M
had her visitation rights with her Mother. In any event, if you talk to your
attorney and have him petition the judge with the complaint of alcoholic or
abusive parents, the judge will usually grant visitation only at the Comfort
House. This is in Hackensack, N.J. but I am sure there are more of them
country wide. This is true and was the only allowable situation where my ex
could see the children. He got pissed and turned down the opportunity to
spend quality time with his kids. He did not want to be checked out and
scrutinized when he went there but my children are alive and well now thanks
to this wonderful program.
