Possibly fewer per capita, I''m not sure, but there is a fair amount
of it here, although quite a few go to other countries to get it
done since, once you have to pay for it, you can shop around.
I'm pretty sure the USA would be as expensive or higher, but a lot
of people go to Mexico or something.. A lot of botched surgeries
there though..

There may be places in the USA that have enough business that they
have a whole clinic that just does one type of cosmetic operation
which would streamline things enough it could dramatically lower
the prices.
