You'd think it could.. whether it will or not is another story.

We have a few specialized clinics here, definitely one that did
nothing but hernia repairs, and they were better and faster
than hospitals at it, but since our care is paid for I can't
comment on price. I knew someone who went there and said there
were several Americans there at the time so I would think that
suggests it was quite a bit cheaper here than down there..
