JA>Well... Here it is Snowmeggedon 2026 -- no short sleeves when I >have to take the dog out! :-) Ha.. I've been watching the news with all of you in the South freaking out over the weather. In the past 8 days here I've gotten close to 5 feet of snow. I spent over 6 hours shovelling paths through deep drifts on just 2 days and then 2 nights ago it dropped to -42f. Now that's Snowmeggedon!.. B) It's a balmy -16c (+3f) here tonight but a couple of nights in the coming week will be down to -24c (-11f), although we expect quite a bit of that in Jan. and Feb. Below -30c (-22f) is where we start to get annoyed about it.. B) I spent a couple of winters in Florida quite a while back. Where I was (a little south of St Augustine) winter down there was a lot like early spring up here.. --- * SLMR Rob * If this is the tourist season, why can't I shoot any? * Origin: Capitol City Online (618:250/1) |
