And it does just get worse as you get older. I can't believe I'm 71 and
I keep thinking of things that 'happened just a while back'.. and then
I realize they happened 25 or 35 years ago..

Bin there.. many times..  Take good care of yourself. I see so many
people my age falling apart and you can't just start getting into
better shape After you're older.

My doctor says she makes all choices to do with my health as if
I were 20 years younger and in better than average health'..
I have no problems with BP or Cholesterol or Diabetes and the
only prescription I have is for eye drops and the occasional
sinus issue, which seems to run in the family..
(Ha.. Noses run in my family..)

So it's not all in my head that I'm better off than most people
my age... But, as for genetics, my brother and sister are both
in far worse shape than I am..
