Yes, I suppose so. I was thinking more of the specific age restricted
things like driving a car or getting credit cards..

I suppose technically 16 and 18 are still teenage years but at least
a bit later on..

In a lot of places though age of consent is getting lower so you
can consent to sex but not drive a car so you can't do it in
the back seat..   B)
