There is a standard for FILE_ID.DIZ but in my 30 years of being a sysop,
I've never seen a FILES.BBS standard.

MBSE uses this sytle which I believe a lot of BBSes use:

I'd say that's easier to parse than Maximus' native FILES.BBS standard.
