I gave up.  Windows 11 with NTVDMx64 was totally unusable for me.  I gave up
on my new PCs (what a waste of money...) and went back to the laptop with a
win11 host and a win10 32 bit guest VM.  It works pretty well, except for
some occasional VM shenanigans.
