Different audiences.  I can't run any 32 bit os on the mini PC.  I don't have
room for even an SFF PC in a studio apartment. I only have room for Mini PCs.
If there's one powerful enough for this (4 cores, 4 threads at least and 4GB
RAM with gen 3 NvME SSD Support) that I could install a 32 bit windows
10 on, I'd be all for it.  I haven't found one yet.  Windows 10 32 bit NTVDM
support has been good enough for me so far.  I've had a couple of issues, but
they've been due to the VM, not NTVDM support.
