I <think> it's an rte200, but because the setup program has "setup" in the
title, it automatically goes to open a new window and start the UAC.  It
crashes before I get to see an error as the window closes promptly.  The
non-setup program gives an rte 200, but none of the methods I usually use
work, not even tp7p5fix.com, which almost always works, though I'd rather
patch out-right than run a tsr.
