what happens when i update the python scripts and there is a database upgrade?
will it automatically upgrade the database when i always run 
1. database check
2. pkt indexer
?

will the database reset/emptied in case of an upgrade?

i have a bash script running via systemd service that is starting the python
scripts in case of new pkt files.
