Mystic doesn't support sending a FREQ out of the box.

What you'd have to do is make a file like "request.req" that has one filename
per line. From there you'd have to setup the node you want to send the FREQ to
in Mystic with a filebox & put that .req file in the filebox to be delivered.

Poll that node once to deliver the .req file and then poll again to receive the
file.
