     In the Synchronet Message Editor, before you upload, you toggle the "RAW
Input" (i.e. no filtering) Mode.  I believe this is accomplished by typing
CONTROL-Z and then sending the message.  (You type CONTROL-Z again, to turn it
off; it acts as a toggle.)
