                       Multinet BRE/FE Mailer Interface

PURPOSE:  To allow the BRE mailers VPBRE (Michael L. Smith, V-Pro Industries)
  and BRESND (author unknown) to work together, allowing a single BRE league
  to run on Virtual-, FIDO-, and WWIV-type networks simultaneously.

REVISION HISTORY:
  1.40 beta  Fixed a major bug--after adding a tenth node to my own league,
             I discovered that BRE addresses its packets in hexadecimal!
             Added code to convert hexadecimal to decimal.  Added more error
             handling; now exits without locking if an error is encountered.
             This will cause VPBRE to toss packets intended for WWIV, but
             at least the BBS will keep running.  Changed the nodelist routine
             to handle missing or unsorted node numbers and to be more
             forgiving of incorrectly formatted nodelists.  Minor cosmetic and
             logging changes were made.
  1.31 beta  Fixed a major bug--outbound packets were not being moved properly
             if more than one WWIV-type system was configured.  Minor cosmetic
             and logging changes were made.
  1.20 beta  Initial release.
