Yes, my first long term part time job while in school, I would work
harder than others because I knew the managers would then call me
first if short handed and I'd get overtime at time and a half.

But what ended up happening was the management started giving me
Merit raises, so I was making more than the others per hour.

I was getting threats from the Union for making the others look
bad, and then some of the others started working harder too, and
they got paid more too, and that made the Union even madder..

Higher production means fewer workers = less Union Dues..   B)
