   quarter of an inch possible.          
                                         
   Thursday: Showers likely before 1pm, then a slight chance of showers and
   thunderstorms between 1pm and 4pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 71. Calm
   wind becoming southwest around 5 mph in the afternoon. Chance of
