   Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 52. Calm wind becoming south
   around 5 mph after midnight.          
                                         
   Wednesday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms between 3pm and 5pm, then
   showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 5pm. Mostly sunny, with a
   high near 76. Light and variable wind becoming west 10 to 15 mph in the
   morning. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is
   60%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher
   amounts possible in thunderstorms.    
                                         
   Wednesday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before midnight,
   then a slight chance of showers between midnight and 1am. Partly cloudy,
   with a low around 45. West wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light northwest after
   midnight. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is
   50%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except
   higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
