Connemara Detailed Forecast for Tue 14 Jul 2026

Tuesday will bring exceptionally warm to hot conditions across Connemara under
mostly sunny skies, with temperatures reaching unusually high values inland. The
morning will start partly to mostly sunny with any patches of fog clearing
quickly, then becoming sunny through the afternoon. Easterly winds will be
moderate, gusting to around 30-33 kph in most areas. Coastal locations,
particularly the offshore islands, will see cooler sea-influenced temperatures
in the low 20s, while sheltered inland valleys could reach 29?C. The excellent
weather continues tomorrow night with clear to fair skies initially, turning
partly cloudy after midnight. Winds will ease somewhat but remain from the east.
No rainfall is expected throughout the period.

00-06: Mostly clear skies, patchy fog in sheltered valleys clearing by dawn,
temperatures 12-15?C, light to moderate easterly winds 9-14 kph. 07-12: Partly
to mostly sunny becoming sunny, any fog patches clearing quickly, temperatures
rising rapidly to 20-25?C, moderate east to east-northeast winds 13-19 kph with
gusts 27-33 kph.
13-18: Sunny conditions across all areas, peak temperatures 22-29?C (hottest
inland, coolest on islands), moderate easterly winds 13-19 kph gusting 27-33
kph.
19-00: Clear skies initially becoming fair to partly cloudy after midnight,
temperatures falling to 12-15?C, light to moderate east-northeast winds 11-14
kph gusting to 28-32 kph early then easing.

Cleggan: Sunny after a partly cloudy start, high 27?C, east-northeast winds 16
kph gusting 30 kph, no rain.
Clifden: Sunny after a partly cloudy start, high 26?C, east-northeast winds 15
kph gusting 29 kph, no rain.
Glinsce: Sunny after a partly cloudy start, patchy morning fog, high 29?C,
