Currently another warm day with highs expected to climb into the 
80's and 90's for most people in the Valley. A very weak boundary is 
pushing thorugh the region, but that's more of a technical term as 
opposed to a change in weather. It will have little impact on our 
sensible weather, as warm temperatures will persist behind it for 
the next few days due to a large mid/upper ridge across the region.

Guidance has come in a couple of degrees lower on the dew points for 
the upcoming week. So at this time it looks like we'll remain just a 
few degrees below Heat Advisory criteria (105) for the week if the 
forecast verifies. But it for sure will be a very hot and muggy week 
with highs expected to be in the 90 and 80's every day and dew 
points right around the 70 degree mark. Very little chances of rain 
even with these warmer temperatures as the ridge remains overhead 
and squashes pretty much anything that looks to try and develop. 

Longer range models are showing a possible breakdown of the ridge in 
the weekend or early next week as a couple of systems try and move 
through the United States fighting against the ridge.
