Connemara Detailed Forecast for Mon 23 Feb 2026

Tomorrow will be a mostly cloudy to dense overcast day across Connemara, with
rain likely at times, especially during the afternoon. Breezy conditions will
prevail, with winds generally from the west-southwest to south-southwest,
moderating somewhat through the day. Temperatures will rise into the low double
digits, ranging from 9?C to 12?C in most areas. Patches of light fog and drizzle
are also expected intermittently. Rainfall totals will mostly be between 2 and 5
mm, though bands of heavier rain cannot be ruled out during the afternoon and
evening hours.

Overnight into Monday night, skies will remain cloudy to dense overcast with a
chance of light rain or drizzle as winds stay breezy from the south-southwest.
Temperatures will hold near 9?C to 11?C in lowland areas, remaining relatively
mild. Chance of precipitation gradually decreases but light showers and patches
of fog will persist through the night.

00-06: Cloudy to dense overcast with light rain and drizzle at times. Breezy
southerly winds. Mild temperatures steady near 9-11?C. Patchy light fog
developing.

07-12: Cloudy with occasional light rain and drizzle. Winds breeze from
west-southwest to south-southwest, gradually easing. Temperatures rising from
mid to high single figures to around 10-12?C.

13-18: Dense overcast becoming dominant with rain likely. Breezy westerly to
south-southwest winds. Temperatures peaking around 11-12?C. Occasional light fog
in sheltered spots.

19-00: Cloudy conditions continuing with light rain and drizzle. Winds remain
breezy, mainly south-southwest. Temperatures steady near 9-11?C. Fog patches
likely in places overnight.

Clifden: Dense overcast with a chance of rain. Breezy southwest winds 25-40 kph.
High 12?C. Light rain becoming likely in the afternoon.

Cleggan: Mostly cloudy to cloudy, chance of rain. Very windy southwest winds
30-55 kph. High 11?C. Light rain likely in the afternoon.

Glinsce: Cloudy with rain likely. Breezy west-southwest to south-southwest
winds. High 11?C. Light rain persists through the day.

Kylemore: Cloudy becoming dense overcast with likely rain. Breezy west-southwest
winds easing to south later. High 10?C. Light rain at times.
