Connemara Detailed Forecast for Fri 06 Mar 2026

Tomorrow, Connemara will experience a mostly cloudy to partly cloudy day with
temperatures rising from early morning lows around 1?C to highs near 15?C in
some areas. Winds will be generally from the south to south-southwest,
increasing in strength during the day and becoming breezy to windy by afternoon,
with gusts up to 55 kph in exposed coastal locations. There will be scattered
light rain and drizzle developing in the afternoon, mainly more likely towards
the east and southern parts, while western and northern areas may remain drier
with some sunshine breaking through. Light frost is expected early morning in
some inland locations but will quickly abate as temperatures rise.

Tonight will turn mostly cloudy with patches of drizzle and light rain possible,
especially in southern and coastal parts. Winds will remain strong and persist
from the south-southwest, gradually easing slightly overnight. Temperatures will
stay mild for the season, with lows mostly between 7?C and 11?C. Patchy light
fog is likely to form overnight and into the early morning, especially in
valleys and near water bodies.

00-06: Mostly cloudy with scattered light dew and drizzle possible; temperatures
steady or slowly rising from near 1?C to around 7-9?C; winds light to moderate,
mainly southwesterly.

07-12: Becoming partly cloudy with some sunshine developing in western and
northern areas; temperatures rising steadily up to 10-14?C; winds increasing
from south-southwest, becoming breezy in exposed places.

13-18: Mostly cloudy with occasional breaks in western areas; scattered light
rain and drizzle developing mainly south and east; temperatures peak between
13-15?C; winds freshening to strong south-southwest with gusts up to 50 kph.

19-00: Becoming mostly cloudy to cloudy with patchy light fog and drizzle
overnight; temperatures mild, around 7-11?C; winds remain strong but slowly
easing during night, mostly from the south-southwest.

Clifden: Windy with variable cloudiness; highs near 15?C with light rain and
drizzle mainly afternoon; breezy south-southwest wind.

Cleggan: Mostly cloudy, breezy south-southwest winds gusting to near 50 kph;
slight chance of afternoon rain; high 12?C.

Glinsce: Cloudy with chance of rain and drizzle in the afternoon; breezy; high
14?C.

Inishbofin: Breezy, partly cloudy with some sunshine possible; moderate
south-southwest winds; highs near 11?C.

Inishturk: Windy with overcast skies; slight chance of rain in the afternoon;
high 13?C.

Kylemore: Cloudy with breaks of sunshine; light rain likely afternoon; windy
southwesterly winds; high 11?C.

Leenane: Partly cloudy morning, becoming mostly cloudy with a chance of rain and
