Connemara Detailed Forecast for Mon 09 Mar 2026

Tomorrow, Connemara will experience a mostly cloudy to cloudy day with frequent
light rain and drizzle affecting the region at times. Early morning hours will
include patchy light fog, especially inland, gradually lifting as the day
progresses. Temperatures will rise steadily from morning lows around 6 to 8?C,
reaching daytime highs near 11 to 12?C in many areas. Winds will vary from light
to moderate west-southwesterly to southwesterly around 10 to 20 kph in the
morning, strengthening to 20 to 30 kph in the afternoon with occasional gusts
near 33 to 35 kph, particularly along coastal locations. 

Rainfall chances increase during evening and overnight, with rain becoming
likely after midnight. The atmosphere will remain moist with relative humidity
mostly in the range of 80-100%. Visibility will reduce at times due to fog and
drizzle patches during the early part of the day and again overnight. Cloud
thickness may situationally increase towards the afternoon as cloud cover
becomes denser, leading to damp conditions to end the day.

00-06: Dense overcast with patchy light fog and drizzle; temperatures steady
near 6-8?C; winds southerly to southwesterly, 5-15 kph, increasing slightly
late.

07-12: Mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with patchy fog clearing later; light rain
or drizzle at times; temperatures rising to about 9-11?C; winds moderate
southwesterly gusting 20-30 kph.

13-18: Mainly cloudy with drizzle and light rain possible; temperatures peaking
around 11-12?C; winds freshening southwesterly 20-30 kph with gusts near 35 kph;
cloud becoming dense in places.

19-00: Cloudy and damp with rain becoming likely after midnight; temperatures
falling slightly to 7-9?C; winds increasing southwesterly 25-35 kph, gusting
stronger; fog possible in places overnight.

Clifden: Cloudy with patchy fog early; drizzle and light rain developing;
temperatures 7-12?C; breezy southwesterly winds strengthening by afternoon.

Cleggan: Mostly cloudy, patchy fog early; light rain and drizzle through the
day; highs near 9-10?C; southwesterly winds freshening late day.

Glinsce: Cloudy with patchy fog; slight chance of rain in morning then light
rain and drizzle; highs around 11?C; moderate southwest winds increasing
afternoon.

Inishbofin: Mostly cloudy to cloudy; patchy fog in morning; occasional light
rain and drizzle; highs near 9-10?C; southwesterly winds 15-30 kph increasing
gusty.

Inishturk: Cloudy with patchy fog early; chance light rain morning, rain likely
afternoon; highs near 8-9?C; breezy southwesterly winds; rain likely overnight.
