Connemara Detailed Forecast for Sun 15 Mar 2026

Tomorrow in Connemara will be mostly cloudy with frequent rain, especially
during the afternoon. Rain is likely, with moderate amounts expected, and
conditions will be windy throughout the day. Temperatures will reach highs of 8
to 10?C in most areas but will gradually fall during the afternoon. Winds will
be mainly from the west to southwest, strengthening up to 40-50 kph with gusts
occasionally higher, especially near coastal and exposed locations. Fog and
drizzle are likely at times, mainly in the morning and late evening, with
occasional patches of light fog or drizzle during the day.

From midnight until 6 am, skies will be mostly cloudy to dense overcast, with
rain or drizzle likely and temperatures around 4 to 8?C, winds southwesterly at
25-35 kph, gusting stronger. 7 am to 12 noon will see mostly cloudy skies with
occasional light rain or drizzle and patchy fog, temperatures gradually rising
to 8 to 10?C, winds increasing from southwest to west at 30-45 kph. Between 1 pm
and 6 pm, cloud cover will remain extensive with rain likely and falling
temperatures, winds remaining strong from the west to southwest at 40-50 kph
gusting stronger. From 7 pm to midnight, conditions will become dense overcast
again with continued rain or drizzle, temperatures dropping to 4 to 7?C, and
very windy conditions prevailing with gusts up to 60 kph in coastal areas.

00-06: Mostly cloudy to dense overcast with rain and drizzle likely;
temperatures steady or slightly falling around 4-8?C; winds southwest 25-35 kph,
gusting stronger.  
07-12: Mostly cloudy with patchy fog and light rain; temperatures rising to
8-10?C; winds strengthening west-southwest 30-45 kph.  
13-18: Extensive cloud with rain likely and falling temperatures; windy,
southwest to west 40-50 kph gusting.  
19-00: Dense overcast with rain/drizzle continued; temperatures dropping to
4-7?C; very windy west-southwest 40-60 kph gusting.

Clifden: Very windy with rain likely, temperatures falling from morning high 8?C
to lower evening, winds west-southwest 40-60 kph.  
Cleggan: Very windy with rain likely in afternoon, temperatures near 8?C, gusty
southwest winds 40-60 kph.  
Glinsce: Windy with rain likely in afternoon, temperatures up to 9?C, winds
southwest 25-40 kph.  
Inishbofin: Very windy, rain likely with gusts up to 70 kph; high near 7?C
falling in afternoon.  
Inishturk: Very windy with rain likely, gusts to 70 kph; temperatures near 7?C
falling later.  
Kylemore: Windy with rain likely, high 8?C falling, winds west 35-55 kph gusting
strong.  
Leenane: Windy with rain likely, high around 9?C falling during day; strong west
winds 30-50 kph.  
Letterfrack: Windy with rain likely, temperatures near 8?C dropping, strong
southwest winds 30-50 kph.  
Oughterard: Windy with rain likely, high near 9?C falling in afternoon, west to
southwest winds 30-50 kph.  
Renvyle: Windy with rain likely, temperatures around 10?C falling later; gusty
southwest winds 30-50 kph.
