Connemara Detailed Forecast for Fri 20 Mar 2026

A fine day with sunny spells in the morning giving way to increasing cloud
through the afternoon. Light to moderate fog will affect some areas early
morning, particularly inland and coastal locations, gradually clearing by mid to
late morning. It will be a mild day with temperatures reaching the mid to upper
teens, warmest in southern and eastern areas. Winds will be generally light from
a southerly direction in the morning, becoming south-southwest later, with
slightly fresher breezes developing along exposed coasts by evening. The day
will remain dry throughout with no rain expected. Overnight will turn cloudier
with temperatures holding in the high single digits.

00-06: Clear skies with light to moderate fog developing, particularly inland.
Temperatures falling to 7-9?C. Light winds from the south-southeast.
07-12: Morning fog clearing to sunny spells. Cloud increasing from late morning.
Temperatures rising steadily to 11-15?C. Light southerly winds.
13-18: Partly to mostly cloudy with some sunny intervals. Temperatures reaching
15-18?C, warmest in the east. Winds remaining light south-southwest, fresher on
coasts.
19-00: Cloudy to overcast conditions developing. Temperatures falling slowly to
9-13?C. Light to moderate south-southwest winds.

Cleggan: Sunny morning then partly cloudy afternoon. Light fog early clearing
mid-morning. High 18?C. Light south winds becoming southwest. Dry throughout.
Clifden: Clear early with light fog patches, then sunny spells. Increasing cloud
afternoon. High 17?C. Light south winds. Dry day.
Glinsce: Morning fog clearing to sunny periods. Partly cloudy afternoon. High
17?C. Light south-southeast winds becoming southwest. No rain.
Kylemore: Light to moderate fog clearing to sunny spells. Cloudy afternoon. High
16?C. Light south-southeast winds. Dry conditions.
Leenane: Clear with light fog early, sunny morning. Partly cloudy afternoon.
