A cloudy day across Connemara with scattered outbreaks of light rain and
drizzle, most frequent during the morning and early afternoon. The rain will be
heaviest in western coastal areas, with some locations receiving around 5-10mm,
while eastern parts stay mostly dry with just drizzle at times. Patchy light fog
possible in sheltered valleys during the early morning. Temperatures will start
around 6-8?C overnight, rising to 10-12?C by afternoon, warmest in sheltered
eastern areas. Winds will be fresh to strong and gusty from the west-northwest
during the morning, reaching 25-35 kph with gusts to 45 kph, gradually easing
through the afternoon to moderate westerly breezes of 15-25 kph.

After a breezy start with fresh westerly winds gusting to 40-45 kph, winds will
gradually moderate through the day becoming light to moderate by evening. Cloud
will remain extensive throughout with very little brightness. Rain and drizzle
will be most persistent along western coastal districts during morning hours,
becoming more scattered and intermittent during the afternoon. Eastern inland
areas will see less rainfall overall. Temperatures will reach their peak around
mid-afternoon before plateauing, with overnight lows around 7-9?C under
